This is a wonderful hotel in a very busy area of Rome.We loved the location because it made walking quite simple. It's very modern and clean. What really stands out are the people: especially Massimo and others at the front desk. They went out of their way to help us, and were genuinely kind. I highly recommend staying here and will be back.

This is not a four star property!!! When I walked in the lobby I wanted to run, the front window was broken, old worn furniture, no ambience whatsoever. The room we were given was not like the photos on the website when I asked I was just dismissed and told it was the right room. They gave us one bottle of water for 5 days and charged you to make a coffee in the room! The breakfast is just ok, the lady making the cappuccino was lovely. The rest of the staff were not that helpful. The air conditioning was bearly keeping up in the room and the halls and lobby were hot. It was clean and in a great location, walkable to everything. I would never spend the money to stay here.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is central to everything in the historic center. When returning to the hotel, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and a quiet, spacious room. It is a gem in the middle of everything!

Hotel is in the heart of downtown Rome and in the middle of all the action. Walkable to attractions such as the Colosseum and dining and shops are a few steps away. Our Junior Suite felt a bit small and the only complaint was the shower door opens right into the bidet but not a huge issue. All of the staff were friendly and gave us plenty of information on the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious. The bathroom likewise. Nice to be able to move around without bumping into each other. Room was very clean, felt luxurious. The bed quite comfortable. Our room didn’t face the busy street so it was very quiet. After covid, breakfasts in Italy have suffered. I don’t know if they will ever come back as I remember. This hotel’s was average. The area for breakfast and bar in the evening were spacious and relaxing though.

Great location but not much else.

The hotel was perfectly adequate. The location is very good as for access to getting everywhere you wanna go. It is in a very crowded area. The rooms were quiet, however. We were unimpressed with the services. They would not even hold a bag for us for two nights when we were staying at the hotel and then left for two days and were coming back again for an additional night. So we were forced to drag our extra suitcase to a luggage storage place near the train station and then pick it back up when we returned. Also, the night time reception person is incredibly rude. He wouldn’t even look up or respond whenever we would greet him with hello or goodbye. Rather would just look at us annoyed like why are you bothering me? The daytime staff however were very friendly. We would not choose to stay there again.
