Customer service was top-tier. The property is very well kept. The View! The view is absolutely STUNNING! The hotel is located right on the water with a stunning view of the nearby mountains. Fantastic hotel

I always stay at this hotel. The hotel is very clean & located right in the town. The staff are courteous & prompt. Great food. They also offer themed dining nights & activities such as Whale Watching.

My tv didn’t work for my entire stay. It gave NO signal the entire time. I reached out to the front desk several times and each time they would be sending someone and nobody never responded. The bathtub in my room was very dingy otherwise it was okay

Beautiful hotel. The staff was kind and friendly. I couldn’t use the spa credit since the spa was closed, but they applied it food and beverage. We would stay at Fort Young again. Location is perfect.

They are in the process of updating/renovating the property and I feel like it will be great when done. The pool area needs some attention, and only having 4 lounge chairs isn’t reasonable for a whole resort, but the open air lobby/bar is beautiful and so was the view from our balcony on the 4th floor in an updated room. Vivianna the coordinator/concierge couldn’t have been a sweeter person and helped us choose great activities. Food was great but limited options, although prices were reasonable. Downtown Roseau isn’t the best and there are very limited options for dining and anything else in the capital. However, we would definitely stay here again.
