This is a great hotel in the city center, conveniently located walking distance to the main sights in town. Rooms were comfortable and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. And there’s parking on site - although it’s a tight squeeze to get in :/ But it’s available ;)

The room I had was spacious. The staffs at reception were friendly and extremely helpful to my request. The location is great and walking distance to most attractions. It is also a 15 min walk to the train station.

You can’t get any closer to the beautiful cathedral than this hotel. The cathedral is next door doggie left and a pedestrian street with lovely shops is on your right. Anything you want to see and do in this beautiful town is very near to this hotel. Best hotel in all of Rouen for location, great staff who are there 24 hrs to answer any question. Staff arranged great driver with big car to transport me to CDG airport at a reasonable rate. Fabulous hotel

I liked the hotel and the staff was generally nice and professional. However I was a little bit surprised that heat and cooling systems were turned off. I was told that the weather was "too nice" to have a need for either.... But that's not how air conditioning works and every customer's needs are different. If Mercure hotel chain claims to be a 4 stars establishment, then AC is a must, otherwise you fall under a different category group.

Pay attention to parking, it's not free

so the parking is not free, you pay €18 per day, and it is who arrives first, and even more recently you can pay and not find a parking space. pay attention, the city has a restaurant program with a break, i.e. a morning and an evening program, many close at 8 pm
