Réceptionniste qui me demande une empreinte bancaire alors que je lui ai dit qu'il n y a pas de consommation et qui insiste lourdement et incapable de savoir se servir d un ordinateur Il dit qu'il est le responsable alors qu après il dit qu'il est simple réceptionniste Venue plusieurs fois mais ça sera la dernière en plus les autres Mercure mettent a disposition une bouteille d'eau et ici non Vraiment très déçue et ne recommande pas

The location was perfect for us. Our room wasn’t overly spacious but was well kept and comfortable. Beautiful view of the cathedral from our balcony. The church bells on Sunday morning were amazing! Parking is available under the hotel. Accessing the parking was an interesting adventure as we navigated through what are typically pedestrian walkways with automated bollards. We managed to catch an incredible light show one evening on the exterior of the cathedral. We definitely would stay here again!

Découverte

C'est très compliqué de trouvé l'hôtel car toutes les informations ne sont pas fournies sur le site. Les GPS vous font tournés en ronds et beaucoup de rues sont en sens interdit ou fermées pour travaux. Nous sommes arrivées vers 13h et notre chambre était déjà prête nous avons apprécié. Chambre propre sauf comme dans beaucoup d'hôtel les plaintes autour et à la tête du lit sont poussiéreuses. Dans la salle d'eau le tour interieur ou la buse est posée est noir ,un coup d'eponge avec du vinaigre suffirait. Le personnel est très agréable, le petit déjeuner est excellent avec du salé du sucré et du vrai fromage pas des tranches . Je trouve le parking un peu cher mais pas d'autre choix car peu de place disponible.

This hotel was in a wonderful location. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance - less than 10 minute walk. Staff at front desk were very helpful. Breakfast is offered for a fee but there are Boulangeries in the area for a quick breakfast. Great for a 1 night stay. Parking under the hotel is very tight but convenient and safe. Overall a great value. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Rouen.
