Quick overnight to catch early flight. Efficient and follow up from staff after checkin. Carpet in room could use replaced and the bathroom exhaust fan extremely loud. Otherwise met all of the requirements for our one night stay.

The hotel room was not cleaned well and smelt like smoke even though it was non smoking. There is also no breakfast, only coffee, tea and prepackaged muffins and a granola bar. Had to ask for shampoo as it was not in the room. Won’t be staying here again.

The staff were very friendly but the floor in are room was sticky, and the continental breakfast was more then disappointing. Will not be picking this place to stay again.

Extremely filthy floors

The floors were so dirty!!! We had to go get cleaning supplies and clean certain areas. We showed the front desk and they kept the tag to show the head of housekeeping.

We have stayed here before everything was clean and comfortable. However, this time during our stay the Elevator was not working. I have a disability so it made it very difficult with getting our suit cases up stairs.

We have stayed here many times, but this was the first time that the property seemed to have gone downhill! Elevator broken and only room available on 3rd floor when we had someone with a bad knee and handicap card. One of the Staff was not very friendly. The parking lot had a lot of sketchy cars and within the first 5 minutes of being in our room 2 police cars show up in parking lot.

Elevator broken 😩

Walked in and the lobby didn’t seem too clean, the counter at the desk needed to be wiped. Elevator were not working and sketchy people hanging out in front of hotel.
