Worst Experience Imaginable - Avoid This Motel 6 At All Costs! **1.0 out of 5 stars - Posted by [Your Name]** I am writing this review from my room on my last day of a five-day stay, and I have never been more eager to leave a place in my life. My experience at this Motel 6 in Sacramento was an absolute nightmare from start to finish, made infinitely worse by a complete lack of compassion from the staff. **The Problem Started Immediately:** I checked in with a broken leg, clearly visible and in a brace. I politely asked the receptionist, Sonia, if it was possible to have a room on the first floor due to my mobility issue. Her response was not just unhelpful; it was shockingly rude. She barked at me, "I only have a room on the second floor. Do you want it, or do you want me to cancel it?" No apology, no attempt to problem-solve, just pure hostility. I was exhausted and in pain, so I had no choice but to take it. **The Key Fiasco:** The next day, my key card deactivated (apparently they stop working if you keep them near your phone—a fact no one bothers to tell you). I called the front desk and explained the situation to, you guessed it, Sonia. I reminded her that I had a broken leg and asked if someone could come up to reactivate my key or let me into my room. Her response was cold and dismissive: "We don't have room service for that. You have to come down here."
