We enjoyed our 7 days stay. The pillow choice was lacking. Hotel didn’t have a neck support curve pillow and they gave us a harder pillow. It was better than the soft pillow but it affected our sleep quality. There were drilling noises during our afternoon nap period.

Overall, an enjoyable stay at Crowne Plaza Kowloon East. Unfortunately, we were let down by the strong cigarette smoke smell in our hotel room upon arrival. Also, despite closing the shower door fully when showering, the bathroom was easily susceptible to water build-up on the floor, making the floor very slippery. The shared facilities were good and reception staff friendly and helpful.

• The staff were kind, helpful, and professional. • The room was clean; however, the décor and furnishings were outdated. • Both the guest room and bathroom require renovation. • Breakfast offered a good variety of choices; however, the coffee machine was outdated and did not produce hot, fresh coffee. • The location was very convenient, with direct access to the subway/MTR, a shopping mall, and many surrounding restaurants.
