Unable to enter property
I never entered the property because the code did not work when we arrived on Wednesday night around 10:15 for my daughter's college graduation. We texted and called the owner multiple times to no avail. We were here for a very busy graduation weekend and were extremely lucky to get a room at the Holiday Inn Express. We had to book for 3 nights in order to secure the room. The owner finally responded at 5:42 AM Thursday...I apologize! Did you get in? Followed by the new code. He did say he would refund the full amount and that we could stay for the reservation. Our reservation at the hotel was nonrefundable because of the last minute reservation, so we stayed on at the hotel. I am hoping the host will offer to pay the additional 343.00 that I had to pay for the hotel. I have not heard back though.
