From the time we got there, the people were exceptionally professional very friendly. They embraced us. They gave us directions. We feel very relaxed. The room was clean. The hotel was really really remarkably comfortable and we’ll be back.

Nice and modern Hotel with an excellent location, especially to park the buggy in front of the property , most of the hotels in Downtown don't have space to park the buggy which is very convenient

Nice convienent Hotel to everything in the area. Best restaurant by far that we ate at. The problems, the entry door to the room dragged on the floor bad enough, we literally had to shoulder the door open. The shower door was missing and we had to take cold showers almost every day. Requested the hot water be fixed 3 times without it ever being fixed. Other than that, not the worse place ive stayed at.

Since I did the reservation I did it for 2 beds. When she gave me the room I asked if it was a two bed room and she said yes, when I arrived one bed! I had to go back and aske gor a different room. Breakfast load and crowded, and not tasty.my room was also not clean enough

Me encantó el lugar. Muy bonito todo y las de recepción fueron muy amables. Lo único que no me gustó fue el servicio del restaurante. Éramos 2-3 familias y la mesera se tardó mucho en atendernos. También pedí room service para mi hijo que se enfermó y el firmó cuando llegó por que me encontraba afuera y me cobraron dos tragos de liquor que yo no ordené. Yo creeo que fue aproposito por que la que me contestó tenía una actitud muy fea.

Wonderful vacation

This was my first visit to San Andres. I was very pleased with the Aquamare. There was a minor problem with the room I had reserved and management immediately resolved it by upgrading my room. Staff members were all wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay fun and enjoyable.
