It was ok for a night. The bed was lumpy and the pillows were flat, the breakfast was just scrambled eggs and waffles not a buffet. My key card stopped working while I had my hands full and I asked housekeeping if they could open my door for me so I could at least set my stuff down but I had to carry it back down to the unstaffed front desk, juggling it while waiting for nearly 15 minutes for someone to show up again. It seemed like a lack of customer service from my perspective. Overall if I had to stay another night there I would have cancelled my reservation and stayed elsewhere. It would be my last choice to stay there again and I hate being like this

The hotel and room were clean. Some of the staff were lazy and laughed off when we informed them that there wasn't food in the kitchen. The waffle maker was clogged, and my adult daughter had to unclog it because no one was coming to fix it. The biscuits were hard like hockey pucks with no gravy. No bacon, hardly any eggs, and none of them cared. The bed comforters had stains and not cleaned or changed, we had to ask for new bedding. I would NEVER stay again due to the laziness of the staff, lack of food advertised.

They need to touch up the paint in the hallways and maybe put some pictures! The Hot Tub and Bar is good! We could not get our TV to work on Local channels, and staff was not helpful! Don’t give a list of channels without instructions of how to get to them! They REALLY need to paint!

The Roommate need more vacuuming, there we’re stillfood sacras near the beis and tables. The mattresess in our roombwere very worth and need replacinge.There was no breakfast , and even through we went early afterwaking up, they didn ‘t out any more for out. We didnt have breakfast at all, meaning they dont actually offer breakfast there. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Room was clean, neat and spacious. Check-in was quick and efficient. Staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was completely lacking...no waffle mix, no salt or pepper, no milk, no decaf coffee, etc.
