It’s a great location with an awesome restaurant. It’s on the Riverwalk, yet quiet enough to be peaceful. We were able to walk to most places for 3 days. Our king suite was spacious and cleaned everyday for our 3 day stay. For a 4 star I would expect the shower curtain to be replace more often. Ours was frayed and yellowish. Overall, we were happy with our booking.

I liked the spacious and comfortable room. It was clean. However, the pillows, blankets, and towels were quite worn. The staff was pleasant and friendly.

The size of the room is great for families, and we really appreciated the separate living space so that we could hang out while the kids napped. The location of the hotel is also great, and the riverwalk level was very festively decorated for the holidays which our kids loved. That being said, the rooms are a bit tired and smell musty. This hotel could use a refresh, especially the carpets which were stained. Service was hit or miss, we had to call more than once to get a pack and play delivered, and they brought it without sheets. We phoned for an extra blanket and it never arrived. Overall, average experience.

We did not have breakfast at the Hotel. We had dinner and it was ok. The staff at the dront desk are not very friendly. Waited 45 minutes to get a room while other were attended right away. They charged me a $240 dollar deposit when in the app it said $93. I was also getting charge for 4 night of valet parking, when i only stayed 3, good thing i looked over twice.
