The staff was not friendly when checking in.Pool was very small and hot tub had dirty foam blowing throughout the pool area. The Snapper dinner in the restaurant and the mariachi band in the lobby were the best part of our stay.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff was lacking in hospitality. Watch out for the bar they overcharged us I’m guessing after reading reviews intentionally. Added 40.00 worth of wine that we didn’t order or consume. Front desk staff seemed bothered to help and as of today (24 hours later) it’s still not been credited to my bank card. Crooks.

Perfect hotel

We loved it here. The rooms were so spacious being suites. The only downside was the bathrooms doors were a bit annoying. The staff was amazing, everything was clean. Live entertainment down by the bar and the location was perfect.

This hotel is not worth the money spent. Customer service is the worst and slowest. The rooms are nice, but our room was very dirty. There were nasty stains on the carpets and the restroom floors. I had to clean the bathroom Flores. The bathtub grout and seals were moldy, and the shower curtain was almost falling. They sent someone to do the cleaning again, but all the issues remained the same. They just do superficial cleaning. Some of the walls and furniture was also damaged in the room. Then we tried to get a drink at the restaurant and even though there was no one they made us wait so long. There was a confusion between waiters and they literally argued right in front of us . There was no ice in the ice machines at several of the floors. I had to travel to three different floors to find ice. The pool water was very cloudy, and I wouldn’t risk swimming in dirty water. All in all, not the best experience:((
