We were on the 7th floor, upon arriving the keys wouldn’t work. It took us 3 trips up and down before she would send someone up to help to realize the battery in the door lock wasn’t working. They replaced that and within 3 days the same thing happened. Waited 25 min for someone to come help leaving us to rush to get down to our uber waiting to take us to the airport

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was excellect. Most especially Evan{?} in the restaraunt. The only reason we deducted a star is for the dated bathtub that definetly needs a regrout and we lot hot water the night before we letf. Staf did offer to come up and attempt repair but we were tired. Nonetheless we do recommend this hotel.

It’s a great location with an awesome restaurant. It’s on the Riverwalk, yet quiet enough to be peaceful. We were able to walk to most places for 3 days. Our king suite was spacious and cleaned everyday for our 3 day stay. For a 4 star I would expect the shower curtain to be replace more often. Ours was frayed and yellowish. Overall, we were happy with our booking.
