One of the nicest places to stay on the Riverwalk! Valet was super fast and nice, lady at the front desk was also very polite. Plus the breakfast at ambler was the amazing!

So i want to first start by saying I stayed here the other day March 9th 2025 and I stayed because 2 years ago I stayed for my anniversary and I liked everything else about the hotel except the fact the plumbing sucked in my room and I had to dig out toilet paper with my hand myself to make it flush and because couldn't get anyone on phone to bring a plunger for it. I thought oh it's probably just this room that I stayed in, sadly not the case. So update to my visit few days ago I got a room with not only another toilet that wouldn't flush with several flushes and their toilet paper is 1 ply so shouldn't be so bad, this new room also the shower was not working I took a shower in 3 to 4 inches or more of standing water so after my shower had to wash my feet separately it was bad I have photos and videos as proof. The other issues were as follows............................................ Neighbors to the right played music almost all night and they were partying on Sunday and slamming doors it was so loud that i thought someone was breaking into our room. The music from the bar across the street was so loud could hear it with door closed. There was also construction workers outside til midnight however I know there's nothing they can do about that. I tried calling the front desk that night about the noise and the shower because I was hoping they could ask them to calm down or move me to another room and never was able to get anyone on the phone ever.hadmore2saynowordsleft

Amazing hotel. Comfortable, great area. All staff amazing with exception of one lady at check in. She was not at all friendly nor welcoming. But every one else made up for it. Big Shoutout to Fast Eddie for wonderful service. Definitely will be back.

We had a family stay with our adult daughter. The door knob came off in the bedroom and it was very noisy. We were placed by the elevator and we were street side Friday night and there was lots of honking and loud noise and music and hollering next-door to us was a room with children that were up until at least two or 3 AM and then the elevator up and down was very noisy

I liked the decor and cleanliness of the property.Furniture and beds were comfortable. Restaurant at the property was excellent. Front desk staff needs some training. went to enter our room, battery on the lock was completely dead, so went down to the front desk to get some help. After waiting ten minutes maintenence showed up and let us in. He was great help. Otherwise a decent stay

As a Hotels.com Platinum VIP member, they were able to upgrade me to an Executive Suite instead of a regular room. Delightful. After my conference, I had a business lunch at the hotel's restaurant. Francisco provided good food and excellent service.

Hotel was right on the riverwalk, so convenient to just wander out whenever we wanted. Most things to see and do were within a few blocks. Room was large and clean, pool was heated, nice gym.
