Parking was easy, some staff was pleasant, but the hotel itself needs to be updated. The floors creak badly, and the restroom in our room didnt have a shower knob so i was very difficult to turn on and off. The room wasn't even clean, the sheets were dirty and stained, the freezer had spilled milk or ice-cream that was frozen and gunked up. The

Room was hot!! Sauna hot as the a/c was off when you knew you had a family coming from over 5 hours away, there were roaches crawling on the walls and a pungent smell in the hallways of rotten something. When the issue is brought up to the front desk they dismiss it like it’s not a big deal. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend at all!

There's a funky smell when you walk into the hotel. The hotel was removing old mattresses, tvs and chairs and the waiting area and halls were with boxes. The room had a weird humid smell to it. Our covers even thought they were clean had yellowish stains on them, one had a red dot about the size of a nickle. The pull out couch mattress was DISGUSTING full of stains, flat and old. Our door would close but towards the bottom to the side you could see inside/outside the room like the door isnt leveled correctly. There was a hole on the wall too.
