Great location

The condo was as advertised, right by Crystal pier. Tons of restaurants and shopping just outside the building. Beautiful beach with beachfront views from the apartment. Very active area.

Penthouse near Mission Beach

Excellent location. We enjoyed the close access to the beach and the many excellent restaurants to choose from. The condo itself was very comfortable, and we definitely enjoyed the sunset views! The hot tub area in the evening was very relaxing and always quiet. Make sure you bring your own beach towels! We highly recommend this getaway and will be returning in the future!

We love this area! This Condo has the most amazing views from living room and both bedrooms. Dated building, but well maintained, and Ron was great to communicate with. Easy walking to great coffee, restaurants and WOW the sunsets!

Christmas in Cali

The property is in a great location near some great local restaurants and bars. Our family of four enjoyed having separate bedrooms and bathrooms and enough room to spread out and be comfortable. The views from the three balconies were absolutely stunning. We highly recommend this property.

This is a beautiful place!

We were very comfortable here! The sidewalk got real loud at 1:00am when the party crowd left the near by bars but the amazing view made up for that!

Fantastic location, near everything in PB but high enough up that noise was never a problem. Spectacular views all the time. Host was wonderful and helpful. Not the fanciest kitchen but who cares! Will definitely stay here again. Wonderful vacation.

Perfect spot on Pacific Beach Boardwalk

If you love beautiful sunsets on your own balcony, waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the surf, having two comfortable bedrooms & bathrooms, & a functional kitchen for meal prep, then this 4th floor condo is the perfect place for you. We enjoyed being able to prepare our own meals in between trying out the fun restaurants, bars, taco shops and coffee spots in the Pacific Beach area. And Ron makes check-in so easy.
