NEW Air conditioning in bedrooms! Everything you need for a beach vacation-- bikes (very used), beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas. NEW Smart TV in the family room, strem your own Netflix, Amazon prime video, or stream to the TV right from your phone without logging in. Direct TV included. Master bedroom with a king bed and flat screen TV, 2nd bedroom with 2 twins (and a queen air mattress for guest 5/6 if needed) . Internet, 2 flat screen TV's, washer and dryer. Located one court South of the roller coaster (Ensenada Court), beachside. One parking spot in our carport.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Leave the house how you found it accept for the normal cleaning needed. TREAT IT LIKE YOUR OWN HOME, I REALLY APPRECIATE IT!
I supply 2+ rolls of TP per bathroom, please bring or buy extra if needed. Ring camera only outside above side door, not on patio or inside!
I ask guests to wash the towels they are done with, to help housekeeper because of time. Wash/dry as much as possible, do not fold. No stress!
