Dissappointing for the price

The room was very small, but it was clean. A few issues: - the one chairvhad holes init, exposed screws - which i cut myself on - there was only one glass in the room - no recycling options - the in shower shampoo and conditioner were empty The plug by the phone didnt charge my phone overnight.

We stayed here the days of our arrival and departure from SJO. Perfect for our needs. Super clean room and facilities. Recognizing they are far from town, they offer dinner and bar service in the evening. Having a nice cocktail and dinner in our room was a relaxing way to end our day.

Helpful professional staff. Nice clean modern room, comfy bed. Big window view of the mountains and field with horses, goats, despite being in the airport vicinity. Connected to the City Mall, in case that’s of interest. Good dinner at the hotel restaurant, and convenient early morning shuttle. Would definitely choose again!
