Staff were nice until you brought up a concern with them. I stayed in room 417, the deadbolt did not turn and lock, while the door was locked from the outside, the deadlock did not turn and lock in place from the inside of the room. The shower didn't work correctly. The manager removed my resort fees from my bill which was very kind and helpful of him but he promised this and then it wasn't done at the time of my check out so I had to speak to him again about it. The staff took this complaint personal and were rude. The beach resort had left over drinking glasses left in the sand, other debris in the sand which I think they could have done a better job of picking up after guests left. The glass could have broken and caused an accident. The outside of the property could have been cleaner, debris near the Club area and outside bathroom could be seen. The lights in my room would not turn on, they flashed if you moved the lamp, so there must have been a short in the lamps.
