Yvonne was amazing and helped make my accommodations as nice as possible but I truly wouldn’t go back. The food was super mediocre, not authentic Puerto Rican cuisine anywhere in sight…pools near music and swim up bar were small and crowded (i was given a complimentary day bed for one day which was very nice of Yvonne to do) but in all under impressed. The mini fridge was leaking, i slipped and skinned my knee second day and there were kids jumping from the beds all morning and evening. While I can see why on a budget this might be a place to stay, if you are looking for a comfortable, high end/luxurious experience I feel this place falls far short of any hotel I’ve been to just over in the Caribbean.

Rooms are ok but bathrooms are tiny and very uncomfortable. The room temperature was not cold enough for the tropics. The room was already run down in areas. Bars closed early. The hotel is not really five stars but it charges like one. Incredibly expensive. The service was not the best either. The only truly nice thing is the lobby area.
