The rooms are spacious, butare due for an upgrade specially the bathrooms. My family and I stayed for 3 nights, in which my room and bathroom were cleaned daily but my kids room and bathroom weren't at all, I even asked one of the cleaning staff that was cleaning one of the rooms near mine if rooms were everyday or every other day, to which she reply everyday, so I mentioned that the room my kids were staying in weren't cleaned and they still skipped it. Everything else was ok.

I was very disappointed when i arrived and was told that i needed to pay an additional $100 per day plus another $180 for resort fees for a total of $680 over the price that I already paid. As result the check in in process took over an hour and a half when they finally decided to allow me to stay with a $200 incidental fee. This caused anxiety with my stay. I felt like i had to avoid staff. I had forgotten my room key and when I went to the desk they look at my info and made me wait while they went in the back a discussed it. Finally they issued the key. Upon check I got my receipt and noticed that they did charge the $180 resort fee so I will not be getting my incidental fee back. They told me that the $200 was a hold only. No one told me about the extra fees. The staff caused me to very be anxious during this process. I stayed there before and did not have this issue. It was very disappointing.

The property is beautiful but unfortunately some people who stay there throw trash everywhere and the poor workers are constantly cleaning up. One of the bartenders is racist the manager was notified however it felt like they did not take the matter seriously. Be careful in the lobby one of the vents from the ceiling is leaking and I fell hard on my knees. The original room I got smelled pretty bad the toilet was leaking and there is mold all over the shower. The front desk staff apologized and upgraded our room which was very nice.

The one thing i didn't like or appreciate was they put a $500 hold for incidentals and never once said anything about a resort fee being deducted from that hold. I feel very misled. Resort fees should be upfront. That is not an incidental!!

Overall it was a beautiful hotel. My rooms TV and outlets didn’t work, though. Outdoor amenities are gorgeous. Rooms were a little dirty, dust and carpets weren’t clean. Staff was pleasant until the last day. There was confusion as to when my flight was taking off and I had checked out of my hotel the day earlier thinking that’s when my flight was. My flight wasn’t until the following day and I tried to get back in my room since I had already paid for it until 11am the following day. They said no you have to pay for another room. They were beating around the bush about me talking to the manager until I mentioned wanting corporates number. Magically my room was still available for me to get back into.
