I stayed here several different times and this time I was so disappointed. The room or your room that they gave me smelled really bad. I had to wait and complain and go down to the front desk twice to get a different room. Finally got a different room. The staff was nice about it however, I was only compensated in casino vouchers, which honestly I never even went to the casino would’ve appreciated a voucher for a discount or for dinner. The new room was much better however in the shower, we seen a couple ants and that was frustrating. Was just ready to get out of there and I never felt that way before. I had always love my stay here and that’s why I continue to go back. Not sure if I’ll be returning after this incident.

There are hidden fees that I was not anticipating. It certainly brought my enjoyment down. Staff were very friendly. We were there during the blackout and fire alarms were buzzing and no one gave us direction so that was disappointing.

I have stood here before and it was a beautiful property, during this visit I stood in the Ocean tower. The elevators were an issue, myself and a few other guest almost got stuck in the elevator twice. My room had a great view but was very small. I ordered a king bed and that took most of the room up, my lounge chair had stains and there were other stains in the bathroom which I went out and bought clorox wipes to clean it.

This hotel keeps the party going, music in the lobby, at the pool all over the hotel, night club is awesome. The pool service is top notch! Drinks are tasty and food is delicious. The bartenders are attentive. Beach is beautiful and clean, we felt safe staying at la concha.

This is truly a 5 star resort. The staff was very attentive to our every need from opening doors to yoga and exercise. They also have maid service make sure you had every thing you need for the morning coming by in the evening. Our room had the most beautiful ocean view. Down stairs and you are on the beach with staff setting up chairs and umbrellas for you. There is plenty of shopping and dining. I could go on.
