I love this hotel! It is within walking distance of the town, and the beautiful beach. There is a nice pool, spa, heater tables and a breakfast area. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy.

The room and the grounds were exceptionally clean and well manicured, the staff at the front desk was super cool and helped me with using pre paid cards for the payment. The housekeepers and groundskeeper were super nice and were very helpful and professional. The location of the hotel was very nice, easy access to the beach, shops and fine dining. The pool was very clean and heated, they also had a hot tub. Avila Beach is a great place for home base to access Pismo Beach, Cambria, Hearst Castle and San Luis Obispo. Bob Jones trail is a great walk or bike trail, just another bonus for the area.
