Very nice staff and clea, only complaint is it was super hot that day and there is no air conditioning, only ceiling fans. We were so hot and stuffy, it felt better being outside. We went during Cal Poly grad week so at $357 for one night it was overpriced

Not amazing and not so bad.

Conveniently located to the actually beach (sand) and the pier. Plus all the shops and restaurants. You can walk to everything. Its a simple 2 story motel. We had a ground floor room. Very small space. The bathroom window faces the street and a view of the ocean. There is no AC. But there is a ceiling fan. With light. This night must have been fully or almost fully booked. All the parking was full. We slept fine. But woken up a few times because the other guests hung around outside. Not being loud on purpose but was loud enough at times to wake us up. We stayed here because it was the least expensive and closest to the beach.

Our rooms were not that clean the bathroom shower was dirty the floors the counters, even one of the sheets on the bed how to stain the rooms and the linens need to be a lot cleaner, but it is close to everything. You can literally walk to the beach and all the restaurants Parking was great.

Location was great close to downtown but parking was awful you still have to find parking even if you’re a guest because it’s a very limited parking area but besides that totally worth the price
