The TV and remotes are not user friendly and did not work effectively. Service order placed on day 1 to look at refrigerator that was in need of defrosting and not cooling well. Never completed.

It’s ok, not a $200 a night stay.

None of their ice machines worked. Corridors were dirty. Beds were average. Breakfast was ok, breakfast staff was not polite.

It was fine. Poorly patched water damage on the walls of the room. It just needs some good freshening up! Water pressure was great and hot which was awesome. Beds were good, didn’t use the pool. Breakfast was good in the am. :)

The guy at the front desk was very nice and delivered me a roll away bed. He wasn’t sure if he had one. He had to go to housekeeping and brought it straight to my room. Complete will pillows blanket and sheets. Very nice guy.

to be completely honest coming to this hotel scared me with how the reviews were, that being said this a great hotel to stay at. none of these reviews were true in my case. when checking in the front desk agent was super friendly, and fast at his job. when we walked in our room it was very clean. i checked the bed because of the views i saw but the beds were so clean and so comfortable. stayed three nights over a weekend and had breakfast 2/4 of mornings. muffins were so good. everything had good flavor. i liked that it was only 15 minutes away from cedar point. of course it is an older building but that shouldn't reflect on this awesome hotel. i will be back! thank you staff for your awesome service.
