Just right for our weekend

We came to whale watch so the location was perfect - close to the marina as well as restaurants, shopping, etc. but just far enough away from activities to be quiet at night. Very laid back yet kind and helpful staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t take advantage of the complimentary breakfast and happy hour but nice that they were offered. Received a great bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival by booking through hotels. com

Clean, quaint, walking distance to the harbor and Funk District. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was smallish but quite clean. I'd stay again.

Property is quant but in need of an upgrade. There was no vent in the bathroom. The TV is not a smart tv and cannot connect to streaming. We stayed 3 nights and had no maid service.. Breakfast and wine and cheese in office was nice.

We wanted to stay in a different place this time, so we chose the Lavender Inn and were pleasantly surprised. It was charming, clean, personal, and quiet (no louder than the hotels on State St) with a friendly staff. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Great water pressure! We had no trouble with parking. It was within walking distance of the beach and pier. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Second stay and will not be the last!

This is the second time I stay at The Lavender Inn and it will not be my last. The grounds are lovely. The rooms are clean and comfortable and inviting. I missed the cheese, wine and cookies this time but I’ll catch it next time. Breakfast was great. Good enough to get us well on our journey.

I liked the ambiance of the property and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is pretty close to the busy main road, so I could hear traffic noise all the time, but it was tolerable.The Happy Hour was a little sparse and the wine was kind of terrible. Offering eggs and berries at breakfast would have been nice as well. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.
