Comfortable mattress

The bed gave us a good sleep. It was firm yet comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located. There were many good restaurants around the area. It was also convenient to the Tumbleroot brewery where we had planned to see a concert and meet up with friends.

This is a great hotel for the cost. The atrium is very pretty and we loved how the elevator was similar to that on a cruise ship so you could see the whole lobby as you road up and down. Free cookies and coffee was a wonderful touch! My brother enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool that you could use even in the cold weather. The balcony and huge mini fridge was a big plus. The room is definitely dated and tired but wasn’t unclean or uncomfortable. Towels are small and rough but it’s not unexpected at a hotel of this price point. Lots of chain stores and restaurants around which was convenient. We weren’t in the room a lot as we were here to visit family so this suited us just fine!

Happy solo traveler

I felt very comfortable at this hotel. I especially loved the pool which was heated! Even though there was no free breakfast included, the hotel was within walking distance of a Starbucks. Panera, and grocery store. The room had some wear and tear but was clean.The lobby was very attractive.

The employees were very friendly, have only good things to say about them. However, when I got to my room, there was a lot of stains on the walls, just looked and felt dirty. The fridge had an awful smell to it as well. For the price I spent for one night, I expected it to be clean.

Checked in and given a gluten free cookie (YAY!) before the gentleman gave me a recommendation of the best Mexican restaurant that I’ve ever been to (Los Potrillos). Room was clean and parking was abundant. Left early the next day so did not use the facilities. Fire in the huge fireplace was welcoming though.

Room was noisy. Road noise and sirens. Noisy cars driving by. Had to borrow fan from hotel to try and drown out noise. Bed was very hard. Service came into our room with do not disturb placard on out of door.
