Täydellinen loma odottaa sinua Palms C7: ssä, joka istuu 25 jalan bluffilla, josta on henkeäsalpaavat 2. kerroksen parveke näkymät smaragdinvihreille vesille, sokerinvalkoisille hiekkarannoille ja häikäiseville auringonlaskuille.

Tässä hiljattain kunnostetussa huoneistossa on päivitetyt kylpyhuoneet, suihkukaappi, parisänky, taulu-HD-älytelevisiot päivitetyllä mediapaketilla ja eteinen.

Päivän jälkeen rannalla voit pulahtaa uima-altaaseen, kävellä tai vuokrata polkupyörän ja ajaa Seasideen nauttiaksesi kaikista upeista kaupoista ja ravintoloista 30A: n varrella.

Polkupyörän vuokraus vain yli 30A ja tuolien / sateenvarjojen vuokraus rannan puolella.

This is the second time staying in this condo building. It is so convenient to Goatfeathers, Publix, Restaurants and of course the beach! We love staying on 30A. This condo has recently been remodeled and is very pretty, comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen. There is a spectacular view from the porch!

We love staying at The Palms. The location is unbeatable! We always stay in one of the two beachfront buildings for the amazing view. This unit is beautifully decorated and furnished. The furniture and beds (King and bunks) are very comfortable. Only wish was that the bunks had an electrical outlet so my daughter could plug her phone in to charge (she uses it as a sound machine at night). We will book this unit again next year!

Beautiful and Quiet Spot

We had a terrific stay. It was both cozy and modern with an incredible porch view of the beach which was literally a stone's throw away. Loved the kitchen too. Also cold AC and comfortable master bed! Would definitely come back!

Highly recommend, however, beware!

My wife and I stayed for the first three weeks in March. Great location, easy beach access, nice renovation, well supplied kitchen, however, for 400 a night in a luxurious condo, we expected a nice comfortable bed. The mattress was so worn that they had added a three inch foam topping to compensate but it only made it worse. My wife spent most nights sleeping on the sofa. Also, the cable tv in the bedroom never worked (unfortunate because owner had a large 65” tv). Repeated calls to Benchmark Management company yielded no results, not even a follow up call. What a fixable unfortunate situation.

Perfect size condo for 2 of us. Large living to open kitchen. Condo updated with whites, neutrals and beach vibes. Enjoyed our stay. Only downside was the master bed mattress. It’s sinking in the middle. Needs to be replaced.

Pictures do not do this Condo Justice. Immaculate inside. Also, the bedding is 5 Star Hotel mattress, bedding and sheets! What a Christmas treat!

Everything about our week was amazing…the view from the lanai for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails!! We have beautiful lakes and rivers in the Midwest but nothing trumps the beach. Condo was exactly as described and immaculate. Close to Publix grocery store and Seaside shopping. If you want a delicious dining option try Surfing Deer just a mile away…you won’t be disappointed but you’ll need reservations. Have a great time😊

Great Property; but......

Very pleased with the property and the unit. I think it's the best designed/furnished 1 bedroom units at the Palms that I could find online. Very recently redone, very tasteful and comfortable. 2nd floor view is great. 1st floor view would be obstructed by seagrass, 3rd floor is a climb via stairs. Building itself is an older classic condo set of buildings. Reasonably maintained with easy beach access up/down essentially 2 story climb up/down. If you are looking for a beautiful pool, look elsewhere. If you are looking for clean sugar sand beaches where you can walk for miles in bare feet with no fear of stepping on trash or something sharp, this is your beach. What's the "but"? Very disappointed after an 11 hour drive to the property to not be able to enter. Property entry is controlled by electronic lock and code to enter did not work. So we spent an hour outside of the unit trying to track down the Sunday evening on duty manager from Benchmark Management. Did get in eventually, did receive an apology, of course missed our first evening dinner reservation. Were told this "never happens" but I highly doubt that. In spite of that, I would reserve exactly the same unit again. Great unit, great location, loved the beach location and listening to the surf. Highly recommend this unit in spite of the management shortfall.

Great for small families

The view was the best part of this renovated condo. It’s in the ocean and has 2 baths, which is important with kids! Convenient location to great restaurants and the beach.
