I was only in Santiago for a few days. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was good, and there were other options a brief walk from the hotel. The shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt and the drivers were also helpful and friendly.

Great Downtown Location

I've been staying in this hotel for many years. It's a great place to stay if you have stuff to do in the city. Easy access to restaurants and venues near the monument. Ask anything to Canela, the front door person. He always had the best suggestions. Let him know that Soto recommended him.

It’s a nice cute hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. We had a doble bed room with a balcony and a beautiful city view. The staff were friendly. The bed pillows were big and soft but the beds were a little bit small for two people. The bathroom had hot water and good pressure. Ice cold Air condition. I requested to have the AC on before our arrival and they granted the request which it’s a plus! I would highly recommend it. They have a nice breakfast with some food options. I will do it again. Thank you Hodelpa.

restaurant at the 8th floor was a NO!! it was dirty/glass windows broken. took 1.5 hours to get our food (came cold and no flavor) manager was no help.
