Great sized room and comfy bed. Well sound proofed from the traffic outside. Breakfast was great too. Very handy to the Metro and buses. Had a blocked sink in bathroom but fixed quickly.

Smooth Check in and Check out. Room was clean except the washroom was not cleaned from previous Check out, toilet bowl had poo sticking, both sinks were dirty with stuff from the nose, didn't complain to the front desk as we were tired from 20 hour flight and all day sight seeing. Breakfast was good. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend and stay again

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel quite close to the old area of Santiago. Very friendly staff, the only thing we didn't like was the overly strong perfume they use in the lobby which was over powering! Other than that it was a little gem.

I am a female solo traveler and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is very clean, very walkable to all the sites and various restaurants and the staff extremely kind, professional and helpful. I had to find a way to get from Santiago to Concón and was trying to secure an uber but the staff suggested I take a local bus that would save me a lot of money and time (bc it was difficult to find an uber that would actually take me 2 hrs to the coast). The kind staff who helped me book this bus ride went above and beyond and I was so grateful bc it was a part of my trip that I had not fully planned out. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Downtown hotel

Check in was challenging. Our luggage was supposed to be moved to our room but wasn’t. We returned from a tour very late and then had to retrieve our bags and get to the room. Our room was neat but dust everywhere. The wood baseboards and the closets and doors were covered in dust. I woke up congested both mornings.

Rundown

The staff was wonderful. The hotel has seen better days and desperately needs a major overhaul. Carpets are shabby and terribly stained. Bedroom furniture is shabby and old…even though hotel is downtown our guide strongly advised us not to leave the building premises at nighttime without an escort for safety reasone
