Hotel velho e antiquado. Todo o mobiliario defasado e feio. Cama e roupa de cama péssimos. Mofo na tampa da patente e outros locais. Café da manhã ruim. Quando cheguei no quarto, todo o piso estava escorregadio e sujeito a escorregar e cair. Conversei com a atendente e informou me que devido umidade do hotel o piso ficava assim. Não foi resolvido e permaneceu úmido e perigoso. Liguei o ar condicionado por algumas horas no quarto para tentar resolver e mesmo assim não desumidificou. Na verdade, parecia uma cera que haviam passado em todo o quarto e banheiro, que não desaparecia. Não vale de jeito nenhum quase R$ 400,00 o pernoite. Não volto nunca mais e não indico.

Pelo valor da diária esperava muito e me decepcionei com o quarto antigo, piso de cerâmica, Chuveiro ruim, degrau enorme dentro do BWC, sem uma mesa para poder trabalhar com notebook, acustica horrível e estacionamento sem coberturas e saida perigosa. Passei a semana em viagem e essa diaria foi a mais cara e a pior. Já me hospedei em outros da rede, mas esse...Não recomendo!

As areas comuns do hotel são boas e condizentes com a classificação 3 estrelas, mas os quartos realmente são antiquados, com armários velhos, com cheiro de mofo e instalações elétricas adaptadas com canaletas, além do chão frio no quarto. Pelo quarto daria 2 estrelas. O atendimento da equipe da recepção é excelente. A localização até que é boa, não ficando muito distante do centro, mas é meio ermo.

1-A qualidade do Buffet, é excelente! As pessoas que cuidam dele além de simpáticas são muito competentes. É uma razões que escolho para me hospedar no Harbor. 2-Um ponto negativo é o fato de toda vez que me hospedo no hotel é ter que fazer a cama. O lençol sempre fica dobrado e o edredom também. Todos os outros hotéis a cama já está feita. Já falei com a recepção várias e nunca mudaram isso.

Um hotel muito básico, precisando de manutenção. Tive vários problemas desde que entrei, como o controle remoto da TV que não funcionava, o tampo do vaso sanitário que estava rachado, uma goteira no teto do banheiro. Havia apenas um tipo de travasseiro, muito alto, o que para mim prejudica demais o sono. Os funcionários eram muito solícitos e educados, mas a solução dos problemas não vinha de forma ágil - creio que estavam com a lotação completa e não davam conta de todas as demandas. Para o que oferece, achei a diária muito cara.
