Fantastic breakfast option. Staff at the breakfast restaurant were friendly and very nice. The hotel is old, so expect old bathroom fixtures, unstable water temperature in the shower from hot to col in the blink of an eye. The rooms are noisy! Be prepared to hear all conversations going on as other guests walk past your room door. Windows are not double glazed either so outside traffic noise will also be an invited guest in your room Check in was a mess as it coincided with a huge conference check in time (last time I was here I was in the same mess but that was because an airlines had cancelled their flights and sent passenger over to the hotel) - despite it being a conference/airline cancellation hotel, reception staff are not prepared to deal with those events when they happen.

Room was not bad, but bathroom was uncomfortable. Faucet was tiny, couldn’t flush toilet paper in the toilet, and shower water did not keep temperature (waves of cold and hot coming through). Room was relatively good, but not 5 star level and definitely overpriced! Bed was reasonably ok. Electricity went out for minutes twice in 2 days. They did not offer free WiFi as stated (had to sign up for membership for that) and they did not replace water bottles in the room as expected. Breakfast was great. Dinner also offered nice options. Frond desk and restaurant staff was courteous. Getting on and off to the highway was very convoluted and took 20 mins to get to airport.
