I’m extremely disappointed with our experience. We booked this room for 4 guests, yet only 3 towels were provided. When we called to request additional towels, we were told there are no clean towels available at the moment, and that you don’t know how long it will take to get us clean towels. This is unacceptable. In addition, the toilet in our room does not flush properly.
