Great location, great staff, spotless! Get a beach view room. Walking distance to St. Armands. Can use sister property just down the beach where they have beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 pools, and big tiki bar. Good place to watch your sporting events. But I would stay at the Cirque St. Armands Beachside as it is quieter and more intimate.

Wonderful boutique hotel with a circus theme. Just opened so all the rooms are new. Lots of thought went into things like a place to put luggage, sliding bathroom doors for space, great bathroom. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Bar has great bartenders for unusual drinks, and the restaurant has really good breakfasts. Next to the public beach and if you want chairs, etc., the sister property is a 3 minute walk away.

Everything in the hotel still looks new & clean. It was a great surprise to learn that we had access to the beach resort nearby (a 10 minute walk if you don't need the shuttle). Super close walk to St. Armands Circle. Looking forward to visiting again someday.

Jillian was so awesome at the front desk! She is amazing and very helpful concerning all aspects of our stay. Jansen in the bar was amazing as well and we enjoyed our time at the bar with him. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to experience the excellence of an opal hotel. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning in the hotel . We are not normally breakfast eaters, but the menu and quality of the food changedall of that on the first day. We will definitely be back very very soon. Thank you for a most excellent stay!

A great location even though the is a road between the hotel and beach. The sister Opal resort, which you can take a shuttle to is on the beach. That property needs to extend the time they pay their beach staff to be 30 minutes AFTER the sunset, getting kicked out of the beach chairs 20 minutes before the sunset was very annoying. The restaurant in the Cirque was OK, good for breakfast and the pool bar and staff were great.

It was a wonderful beautifully decorated hotel. It is small and intimate and the staff is great and the food is wonderful. It is our new favorite place in the sarasota area, the staff was outstanding!
