They cleaned the room and renewed towels the first day but not the second. We had to ask repeatedly for towels and they only cleaned the first day. The front desk staff were completely unhelpful regarding any question asked.

The room was adequate. The beds are getting worn and in need of replacement soon. The bathroom was not well stocked with towels - there was only 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth, and 2 bath towels for two people. The amenities QR code with info needs to be updated. It says there are pop machines on even numbered floors, but we went to each floor and did not find any. The little market by the desk was stocked well enough, but we would’ve preferred small pop bottles as opposed to cans or 1L bottles. We had breakfast at the Garden Cafe in the morning, and it was just ok. The hollandaise sauce leaves something to be desired - don’t order the eggs benedict! Overall, the stay was ok, but I would consider staying elsewhere on another trip.

I have no problem with the hotel itself, this would have been my 2nd stay here, the first stay was all good, comfortable beds and clean but the breakfast was only warm. My second stay was as above, and yup the breakfast was only warm again.

We tried staying at the Ramada and it was a disaster. We have always stayed at the Saskatoon inn we were just thinking a hot tub would be nice. We love the Saskatoon inn and will not bother trying to stay anywhere else in future. Love staying here.
