It is an up kept property evidentially very old. The bar is expensive. The restaurant not up for the prices. Staff at de front desk are friendly. Had a horrible experience with roaches in my room. Did not see that comming since they do housekeeping everyday. Shampoo and amenities are scarce and maybe on the cheap side. Valet is way too expensive. Better look for parjing elseware.

Pretty good hotel, great staff, and great valet parking. It is a bit expensive for not having a complimentary breakfast option. But overall, a great hotel, decent room, but the lighting was a bit dim with limited options to brighten up the room other than opening the window, which was facing the interior lobby area. And my only complaint was limited outlets to charge devices. Otherwise, it’s in a great location.

Worst 1st experience of a Hyatt hotel. For the money we spent this was a terrible 1st experience of a Hyatt hotel. We were not told this was Valet parking only. We drive an Expedition standard size; they parked the vehicle in over size parking which is not even located in the same building of the Hyatt. When we used the QR Code to call our car it took 1 hour every time to receive our car. We were late to many Reservations do to the inconvenience. I would ask daily if there was an easier way to call for the vehicle they said QR Code. The first time we were told its in P3 parking. We waited 30 minutes for someone to even assist us. When someone showed up they were the ones who told us the car was parked in over size and we would have to wait in the lobby for our car. Needless to say, the parking was a nightmare. Every time, we were there for 5 days and nights. The hotel room never got cold it stayed at 74 degrees the whole time. The sink and shower never drained properly, and the water smelled like rotten eggs. When we check out and I told the front desk all the issue, they proceeded to charge my card for the parking, and I didn't authorize the charge. They also didn't even acknowledge the issues I was mentioning.

Very convenient location to everything in Savannah, staff was very friendly and worked with us on a solution after our room was overbooked. Appreciated the clean rooms and very up to date look. Will stay here again next time I'm in town.

PROS: Bed and pillows were comfortable, location was great. CONS: poor upkeep of the room, tiled floor was sticky, torn/ripped carpeting, no option for queen size beds, no microwave, refrigerator barely cooled down drinks or food, bathroom was so tiny that you get hit by the door if someone opens it from the outside. It was also difficult to unload or load the luggages since they prioritized the valet parking, not enough space to park temporarily to unload or load our luggages. You and your luggages will definitely get soaked if it’s raining on arrival or departure. My family had high expectations for this hotel basing on our experience with other Hyatt hotels, we were definitely disappointed. Not worth the price we paid for our 4 night stay. I had seen similar reviews but it appeared that this hotel’s branch management didn’t do anything to correct these issues.

Lobby was beautiful, the room we stayed in was lovely as well, clean and comfortable. We had a problem with getting our tv to work, we called the front desk and someone was up within minutes to get it fixed for us! Overall a great stay, only negative thing I can say was breakfast at the hotel restaurant was expensive. Would stay there again and recommend to a friend!
