WELL YOU CAN’T CAUSE ROOM SERVICE HAS 2 WORKING BRAIN CELLS AND BOTH WANT TO KICK YOU OUT OF YOUR ROOM. AND PARKING? LOL. DON’T EVEN THINK YOU’LL ESCAPE THE RATH OF HAVING TO PAY $40 A NIGHT, IF YOU CAN EVEN GET INTO THEIR PARKING LOT SINCE THEY HAVE FAVORITES AND YOU CLEARLY AREN’T ONE OF THEM. FOOD? PARCHED? WELL DON’T BE! CAUSE THEY WILL FIND AN EXCUSE TO NOT HAVE ANY FOOD AVAILABLE AT THE TIME YOU WANT IT YOU WANT TO CHECK OUT? It was a bit over priced for all the thing that ARE NOT included. They don’t tell you that to park in the parking garage is an additional 40$ PER NIGHT and they won’t recommend cheaper options if you ask. And they charge you 100$ for check in and if you don’t use the amenities you only get 50$ back? The only “food” around (if you don’t like sea food) is a delicious coffee shop called Cafe Hagen or Mercury Coffee. If your

this location is great for dinning options around the area. It's quiet and feels safe. We travelled as a family of 4 for a concert. The hotel was packed, we made our reservation through a third party and somehow our room was no longer available at check in. It took a long time to sort out, Jessica helped us and she was great. There was no point in getting upset as I know these things happen. She was kind enough to give us free parking.

The stay was good, it was minor issues that we had. When the AC was on it would blow right in our face while we were sleeping, the beds need to be moved to the opposite side to avoid this. There was no TV guide, Netflix or any other tv option so the kids were bored as half the channels didn’t work and no kids channels were to be found. Would have been nice to have a room with a bath tub for the kids as well but other then that it was fine.

Overall, the room and hotel was clean and nice. But showing up late and finding out that you can’t accommodate parking was frustrating. I had to pay an additional $24 to park, as well as leave the hotel to drive around looking for parking. I don’t know if I will return to this hotel knowing that I may or may not have a place to park when I arrive.

Nice place, I was told our room wasn’t ready. Came back 5 minutes later and asked a different person and they said it was. Hotel was 100% packed and only one elevator was working. Ended up having to use the stairs which is not big deal but the stairs are in a weird place. All in all, not a bad place to stay.
