This hotel is well located, directly across from the space needle, monorail, Seattle center, etc. the free breakfast was good and most staff was helpful. We did have some major issues with our stay, which were not well handled, but the location still earned the 4 star review.

The whole property is great. Rooms were a great size, comfortable beds. Central to everywhere you want to go. Breakfast was included and offered a great selection. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Seattle.

Best location for Seattle center. Clean and comfortable bed. Being vegetarian, breakfast was lacking hot options - potatoes or grilled veggies would have been nice. The rooftop terrace is smaller than it looks, and they refused to light up the gas fireplace even though it was at least a half hour before closing time.
