Did not give me room I booked, never cleaned my room, never brought towels over 3 day stay. Outdated, dirty, air conditioner broken. Charged my card before I arrived. Pool and spa was empty. Did not make anything right even with a complaint to staff. Never again!

Next door to a casino. Property is dirty from inside. Looks like carpets have never been washed. Bathrooms are from the early 90’s never renovated. It’s. 1* place not anywhere close to 3* like they advertise. Images online are all fake.

The rooms were large, and the bathtub was also large with handholds. All of the conveniences were present without the high price. I had reserved the wrong day, and the clerk was able to change the reservation to that night. She saved me from loosing money.
