I only encounter one small problem the bed that I requested which was a king size which the gave me 2 full size bed , therefore, I had to go back downstairs stand in line, over again to talk to front desk. Beside that everything was fine

It was fine for a pre-or post a one night stay The entrance is difficult to get in and out with limited space for buses large vans and taxis to unload luggage. One side of the hotel has an extremely steep hill

Very tired hotel with hundreds of cruise passengers passing through each day, windows so thin you feel like you’re on the freeway. We had to be moved and it’s at the top of a hill. Avoid!

Room was nice, staff very friendly and helpful, and breakfast at restaurant was yummy. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only hiccup was that we were sent a text to say our room was ready before it actually was. The team was great putting a rush on our room and we didn’t have to wait long. Would stay here again.

Ok I guess

Was a bit surprised at the limited amenities. Coffee was only available in the bar until 11:00, no bed and towel service while we stayed for two nights and no stairs to get from 1 to 2 floors. The elevators were a bit of a mess. If I were to visit Seattle again, they wouldn’t get a second visit.
