A unique boutique hotel set in a national park, beautifully restored from a former Catholic seminary. The renovation preserves history while creating a calm, elegant space.
Only 20 minutes from Seattle, yet it feels like a true escape — quiet, peaceful, and grounding. Clean rooms, comfortable king bed, great shower, good coffee, and convenient parking. The staff is attentive but unobtrusive, which adds to the relaxing atmosphere.
The only small improvement I’d suggest is crisper bedding presentation. Also, keep in mind the kitchen closes after 10 PM (bar for drinks only).
Overall, a special place to slow down and reset. I would definitely return.
