Avoid this spot.

The Warwick leaves a lot to be desired. I won’t be back unless prices were halved. It’s a great location, but the joy ends there. Finding no hand towel for the sink (we had two standard bath towels and a small washcloth as only stocked towels), or bathmat for the marble bathroom floor was odd, but the annoyed response by the front desk of “so you want towels in every area?” When asking for more towels was off putting. The water temp was warm at best. The “upgraded” two head option shower head was at about 5’ and made washing anything above the shoulders a yoga/stretching endeavor. On night one of our three nights I found the half of the king size bed that I chose to have a dip; and sleeping was very uncomfortable. My partner mocked me and offered to switch sides thinking I was being extra; but she then had a sleepless night on night #2. After two nights/days of no housekeeping service at all; we grabbed more coffee on our way to our room before our last sleep before check out and inquired about the no room housekeeping; the front desk wasn’t sure but seemed to think housekeeping was by request only. There were other annoyances, but this place has seen better days I’m sure and should be avoided, both for lack of upkeep and staff attitude.

Extremely rude, don’t waste your money.

Rude service from the get go. No one else was at the counter but the manager and the staff member that was there could have at least acknowledged me and my family and said hello. I waited 10 minutes for the two people who stood a foot away from me in plain sight to ask if I needed help. I’m a paying customer with a reservation and these people acted like I was bothering them. My stay was from Monday to Thursday and the best service I received was from a server in the hotel restaurant on the morning before I left. I will NEVER stay there again or recommend this place to anyone. On the contrary I’d suggest they spend their money and time elsewhere. Also when you’re going to issue a room you should make sure it’s ready and not have people waiting for the housekeeper to get assigned to clean it. We waited 30 minutes for her to finish on top of the ten we waited in the beginning when we were dealing with the front desk staff.

Nothing the property or staff could do but we had room 1106 which landed us in a small hallway off the main hallway right behind the elevator which throughout the night could be heard through our wall and the room across from us every time their door closed would BANG loudly into our room because of the small hallway we were off of. Other then that, the hotel was beautiful!
