Cool find in Cottonwood

Really liked this hotel. Very nice, full, free breakfast. Cookies provided at night. Very nice Italian restaurant on the property with excellent food and prices. Air conditioner was very quiet. In room Amenities were very nice. Only thing that could be improved is the pillows. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were not very plush. Would definitely stay here again. Nice pool and spa. Nice padded chaise lounges by the pool.

Overall, the property is wonderful! This is the first time we stayed in a property with 3 separate buildings, but the walk to the main/front building is peaceful and quiet. The cool weather and the pine trees around add up to its beauty.

Everything was great except for the Kleenex and toilet paper it to thin. Also the wash clothes were stained. You couldn’t tell until they were wet. People removing makeup with wash clothes is just not right. Bring makeup remover with on your travels!

Room keys didn't work, then we went back and the second set didn't work either. Manager tried to open the room, but the door was latched from the inside, which was really strange, even though no one appeared to be inside. The manager got us another room very quickly, but kind of a pain overall. Room was nice and clean. Water pressure really low.
