The room was big and spacious with a great view of the gardens. The bathroom was very luxurious. The soundproofing was not good, you could hear other guests talking and water running. Poor staff service. Check in, they said can not find my reservation. Checking for long time, contact other staffs before they find my reservation. Is embarrassing. Furthermore, at breakfast they asked us to be seating next door because not enough space. After 30 mins, clean up lady told us this section will be close you need to leave now. We asked her can you please move us back to the cafe so we can continue our breakfast. She said is not her job. We got kicked out for being nice and agree to dine in a place away from the buffet set up.
