Staff was great and very patient with me, great location -- right on Orchard Road and near tons of restaurants. Nice pool also. But gym is a bit weak and hardware a bit dated. Nonetheless great value for money.

The toilet is not ideal, slippery bathtub and fixed point showerhead. Aircon was also not cold even at the maximum setting. A bit of a musk in the room. There was no city view. Room size is pretty good and the bed was pretty good though. Pool area is nice.

We booked for 4 nights but left after 2. Room was old, musty and appeared to have black mould in the ac unit. Rising damp in hall and out room. This seems to be due to the cheap bathroom renovations that hve been done. The duty manager was incredible. She worked so hard for us, found a new room and upgraded our stay. This new room was lovely. Unfortunately the staff are incompetent at best.. bat staff talking loudly to on face time and had to be asked to turn it down or preferably take it off speaker. Following morning we waited pool side and no one was about. Went to reception for one manager to tell us we don’t service the pool whilst another said they did. A gentleman named David then appeared yelling across the pool for us to order food on the phone (which was disconnected!) Hotel has offered to refund us which is a nice effort and appreciated. Given this hotels location please expect more and stay elsewhere so they do something about it.
