When we arrived to check in they said we didn’t have a reservation. We showed the girl at the front desk our confirmation and upon her checking on it she found the day shift clerk had checked someone else in under our name. She assured us we wouldn’t be billed for that room and fortunately there was another room available.

The room was clean and comfortably appointed and the laminate floors were nice with dogs. However, by 5am there was a steady stream of slamming doors and noises in the hall such that we did not get a good night’s sleep.
