Welcome to SkyRun’s charming, family-owned two-bedroom, two-bath condo in the heart of Snowmass Village, perfect for skiing, hiking, or simply relaxing. The unit comfortably sleeps four, with a maximum occupancy of six (including children). The master bedroom features a queen bed, a flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a small TV, and access to a detached full bathroom with a shower and single sink.

The open-concept living area is spacious and stylishly decorated in mountain-chic décor, with a cozy wood-burning fireplace, a Smart TV for streaming, and comfy seating for movie nights. A large dining table seats up to eight, making it ideal for family meals or game nights.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave, toaster, and grill outside on the deck. We’ve stocked the basics to fuel up for a day of adventure. For added convenience, there’s an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and blow dryers.

Step outside to the second-level deck and enjoy sweeping views of Snowmass Valley from the seating area, complete with a grill for family gatherings. The complex also features a year-round heated pool, outdoor hot tub, indoor steam room, and a basic gym—perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring the area.

Our condo is ideally located between Snowmass Mall and Base Village, giving you quick access to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and the ski mountain. Free public transit stops right outside your door, and the bus to Aspen is just a short walk away. For those driving, two deeded, covered parking spaces are provided.

This property is on the second floor, requiring stairs to enter. There is no elevator.

***Please note, there is no AC in the unit. To keep the temperature comfortable, we recommend opening the windows in the evening to enjoy the cool mountain air and closing them during the day to maintain a balanced temperature. Additional fans are available upon request
