Log building 2011. Downstairs: living room/kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds, toilet-washroom, sauna and large open porch. Access to the washroom both indoors and outdoors.
Upstairs: bedroom with 4 beds, in lounge convertible sofa for two, balcony.

Charcoal grill on the barbecue shelter; client brings charcoal for the barbecue by himself.

Cottage has heating pump/inverter air conditioning system. Between cottage and lake a grassed area. Barbeque shelter (with charcoal grill) on the shore.

Good opportunities for outdoor activities and fishing, as well as mushroom and berry forests nearby.
There are well-maintained hiking trails in Soini, of which Arpainen is also well suited for mountain biking. Snowmobile trails are also about 7 km away.
