Falls Short

Facility is tired and in need of updating. Had to place towel at base of door to prevent Marijuana smoke/smell from permeating into our room. Fixtures in common area were worn. Breakfast area was filthy and trash was overflowing. The price was very reasonable and I didn't expect the JW Marriott but some basic services were that bad that I felt I had to share. The list is even longer but I'll stop here. We won't be staying again.

Our room was clean but my sister got a room as well and it was filthy. It also smelled like weed very bad. The pool was gross and the pool room smelled like mold.

We had a nice stay. There was water damage on the ceiling of our bathroom and the sprinkler in our room was completely rusted. Not sure if it would have worked in an emergency. Food all over floors in hallways when we checked in. It was still there the next day, even with people cleaning rooms and hallways. Pool is average. Could use a new pool liner. Comfortable beds and good location.

We loved our stay over Christmas! The only issue we had was that we went because they had a pool and the pool was closed for our stay. The guy who services the pool was on vacation and they made no other plans to bring someone else in. It was a disappointment. We had a wonderful stay otherwise!
