When arrived ,the young man at service desk was very friendly and accommodating,,the room was clean and neat,and comfortable,,,but when ready to leave the lady at desk ,was ask by other guest for bread for toast,and her was remark was breakfast was was over in 10 mins ,she couldn't see if there was bread ,,,I didn't think that was very good customer care,,,,

The interior could have definitely been much cleaner. The floors were filthy. The staff either sat around the lobby or in the office. I wouldn't stay there again. Breakfast was a mess. I was very pleased with the hotel, however, we stayed 3 nights and not once did anyone check the room. Garbage wasn’t removed had to go to the desk to get toilet paper and fresh towels.

Highly recommend this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed, temperature control, full sized fridge, and LARGE bathroom (with great water pressure and hot water) made this stay perfect! Breakfast was your standard affair of scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, along with waffles and cereals and juices. What set this one apart was everything was hot and fresh still at 8:30 am. The breakfast attendants were right on top of everything. The staff working on both shifts we were there were so friendly, kind, and helpful! There is an attached Italian restaurant and sports bar on the 3rd floor that we ordered take out from and it was very good. The hotel sits on a hill overlooking the mall and restaurants below. Parking was self park and included with the stay. Pool area was clean and the pool and hot tub looked very nice. We will definitely stay here in the future when we are in town!
