On arrival the the hotel the staff were very welcoming and polite as this was are very first time visiting Malta for my birthday as I made them aware of this before hand they were kind enough to upgrade our room and made sure we had everything we needed to have the most enjoyable stay very helpful and informative the breakfast had a large number of options and the the restaurant were great too and fairly priced with delicious options I would definitely recommend this place and would love to return again in the warmer months.

We had a sea view with a balcony which made the stay very relaxing. There is a lot of construction work going on right by the hotel so perhaps ask for a room away from the noise. There is a dedicated taxi service into Valletta for 20 euros each way, although the local bus runs every 15 minutes or so and costs a few euros but takes about an hour. Staff were helpful, although if like me, you like to read through what is around and going on, (I can't absorb everything all at once!) there wasn't really much in the way of a welcome pack in the room. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and delicious! As was the food in the nearby restaurants. If you want Spa treatments be prepared to pay 50% up front. Book early as the slots get go quickly. Being someone that has regular treatments and is a therapist as well, I wasn't overly impressed with the treatments, which seemed rushed, and not comparable in movements or delivery with the way I am used to. Really liked the hotel and location, as I am not a fan of being right in the middle of hustle and bustle. The price was right although there are parts of the hotel very much in need of updating.

On entering the first room, it was clear that it needed a thorough refresh — both in terms of decor and cleanliness. There was a noticeable stale smell, and I began to experience itching, which I only tend to get in places where pets may have been. While I understand the hotel may have a no-pet policy, it might be worth reviewing how rooms are prepared to ensure all guests feel comfortable. I was offered two alternative rooms. The second had a similar issue, but I eventually settled on the third, which was slightly better. The reception and concierge staff were helpful and accommodating throughout, which I appreciated. However, the room is ultimately what shapes your stay — and in this case, it unfortunately fell short. Regretfully, I won’t be returning.

Rooms were fine. Nice balcony. Outdated rooms but spacious so we were fine with it. Staff were friendly. Great views of the sea and opposite peninsula. The restaurants are over priced. Lots of construction going on right next to the resort so there was a lot of noise. If you live in a big city then I’m sure it’ll be naturally tuned out. We used the pool and hot tub inside and enjoyed that. We did not do the tour buses but there is a stop outside of the building which is very convenient.

Staff were very courteous and attentive. Breakfast was top-notch! Rooms were clean, although a bit dated. Views were incredible! We had a great time, but this location is not perfect for families; If you're travelling with children under 16, be aware that the pools are off limits after 5pm. We wished that at least one of the pools would allow children after 5pm.

My room was upgraded from Delux twin room Seaview front for a family room with sea view front and it was extremely moldy and smelly of the pipes and actually existing really bad smell so it wasn't upgrade it was downgrade. The next day I ask from desk and a manager to give me the room I booked from Expedia app to have my twin dialogues a room for Seaview front I was told that everything was absolutely booked because of the wedding of the whole week and the weekends and the only room they have basic twin room pool view. So I said because I paid for specific room more money than what they offering me and what I was upgraded in the beginning which is was downgrade besides upgrade. I ask them to get them maybe free dinner for me and manager kindly and nicely give me a free voucher for dinner however in this room having a really big issues with Cockroaches.

Another great break at the Corinthia. A little sad to see the monstrosity of a hotel being built nearby as this part of the bay has always been so special to us. Once again though all the staff, the breakfast and amenities at the Corinthia were first class. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel with fantastic staff - especially front desk and concierge who were incredibly helpful. Lots of amenities and the exec lounge was a lovely bonus (available for selected rooms), with snacks and drinks available all day. Restaurants on site were very good - especially Sole. St George’s Bay Area is touristy and not the prettiest once you’re outside of the hotel due to quite a bit of construction, but there is a sandy beach and shops/restaurants/nightlife. It’s also easy to get around and explore from there. The view from the hotel itself though is stunning and you can swim directly in the sea from the hotel area.
