My room was dirty and I complained every day for my 7 day trip-I couldn’t afford to get another place-there was dirt next to the beds and so much that is was stuck together, the floor under the sink had hairs and toenails. The carpet was filthy-doors filthy and walls filthy. I complained for days and told it would get clean and it never was. I was basically gaslighted by this place! I completely disapprove for anyone to stay here. I will never stay at this property.

Whether you are into gambling or not, this hotel is excellent if you are staying in St. Louis! The staff are friendly, professional, and quick to accommodating with whatever you need. The food options are great and the room is cozy and relaxing. In addition, this hotel has free parking; so no traversing through layered garages if you don't want to! (Though it is an option if you so fancy it.)
