Great relaxing hotel. Awesome views.

This place is amazing. The vibe is relaxing and carefree. Amazing views The beds are comfyand spacious. Jimmy's has great food and views. The pools are awesome. The walk to the beach is so easy. The breakfast bar had a lot of choices but only machine made pancakes muffins etc. Cereal yogurt etc. When supplies depleted they did not refill anything. Just get there early.They were supposed to be open till 10 but they closed the area 5-10 minutes early. The guests and staff are very friendly. We will probably stay her again.

First impression: Front desk staff (female) wasn't welcoming and on her cell phone. It felt like we were interrupting her. We were on the 9th floor; the room was clean and a comfortable size. The microwave and safe box didn't work, 2nd day coffee maker stopped working, no full-length mirror to see yourself from head to toe, water pressure in shower is poor. The outside pool and view were nice. The housekeeper cleanliness was great. The parking lot lower level was flooded but our SUV was fine. TV/cable should be updated. Walking distance from other restaurants and beach was good.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Our room was spacious and very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Both pools were heated and clean. The complimentary continental breakfast was good. We would definitely stay here again.

Run down, no number on our door. Gross carpets. Birds taking a bath in the pool, like it was a bird bath. Elevators take about 5-7 minutes. Do not recommend.

Not Great but not the worst.

The staff here was great. No complaints about the room. But we stayed on the 2nd floor and could only access our room By going through the parking garage. Having to go back and forth to the lobby through the garage lessened our experience and even then only 2 of 3 elevators worked and we were constantly having to wait one. Also we needed to do laundry and the machines are coin operated, the little store only had enough change for the washing machine.

Edge Hotel was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Hotel is in a great area, within a 3 min walk to the beach. Not too far from shops. Bad Ass Coffee is a MUST and located right downstairs! Super delicious and the staff was incredible! The ice cream shop across the street was also yummy! May I always suggest Bavaro's Napoletana & Pastaria, it's about a 10 min walk (most of the walk is along the beach and beautiful), pizza and wings are AMAZING!

Continental breakfast was terrible, including the coffee with paper cups! The decor was tired looking, old and dark. You needed to walk through the opposite end of the garage to get to the door, (which was never locked, even after telling the front desk twice), leading to our floor then to room. The positive: clean room, friendly housekeeping staff.
