Our visit to the Clearwater Beach Hyatt hotel was beyond amazing! The staff was incredible, friendly, helpful! The room was clean, spacious and the view of the beach was breathtaking! The pool was beautiful, all amenities were clean and well taken care of! The restaurant food was great! Overall a fabulous place to vacation, would recommend to everyone!!!!!

Fabulous hotel with a wonderful staff of particular mention - we were greeted with champagne by Nick who was very friendly. Eric, over operations was wonderful making he a point to make sure we knew he was available if we needed anything- waiters Zac and Andrew provided exceptional service. It was a wonderful stay - we will be back!

The resort fee is a bit silly— charging for imaginary things (we never got welcome drinks or daily bottled water) or things that don’t enhance your stay or should be included. Hotel seems understaffed. Some things worked well- fast valet, conscientious housekeeping staff. But the breakfast buffet staff were overstretched (like it took 3 people to find the sugar packets). The suite we shared with grandparents was nice- good to have a common area and kitchen. But there needs to be more attention paid to facilities. Two thermostats in our room malfunctioned and needed overnight maintenance to come fix them (thank goodness for the maintenance guy, but he was pretty surly about the whole thing). The iron didn’t work. The replacement we got also didn’t work. Not sure about the third as it was too late to try it.

First time in Clearwater with my almost five year old and my husband. Loved the kitchenette and the tub in our room along with the heated pool. The surrounding restaurants were a bit loud in the evening but overall it was a comfortable stay and we would absolutely stay here again.

The fridge in our room every few hours has a very high pitched noice. The sauna was never available due to location that also serves private events. For a hotel that says there an resort we did not find any amenities that were included in our very expensive stay. Everything had a fee from parking, $100 breakfest (least you could do is offer free breakfast) and chairs on beach. We have stayed at other resorts that were not all-inclusive and we did not pay for any item I noted above. Otherwise, overall the stay was nice.

As much as you pay for the room, you should offer free parking. It shouldn’t be charged. It should be easier to get access and figure out how to come in and out of the garage then be in told you can’t come in and out when you paid to stay there.
