Perfect Beachfront Condo

Hiljattain remontoitu huoneisto (joulukuu 2018), jossa on henkeäsalpaavat auringonlaskut Meksikonlahdelta Indian Rocks Beachiltä, joka sijaitsee kolmannessa kerroksessa (kolmen kerroksen huoneisto)! Condo on sisätilojen vesille päin katsellen dolpineja ja veneitä, kun nautit kahvia aamulla tai viiniä iltapäivällä.

Rannalla sijaitseva kiinteistö, jalanjäljet merivesiin. Hiljattain päivitetty (2018) ranta sisustettu yhden makuuhuoneen (1 kuningatar ja 1 täysi sänky vedettävällä sohva sohvalla) huoneisto Indian Rocks (Gulfside), kävellä kadun toisella Crabby Bills Restaurant. Condo-tiimi investoi juuri yli 100 kiloa uuteen altaaseen (päällystyslaitteet, terassit ja kaiteet) joulukuussa 2018.

Luonnon rakastajan paratiisi vain muutaman askeleen päässä kirkkaasta, valkoisesta
hiekkainen Indian Rocks Beach edessä. Hemmottele itseäsi aamulla
meren rannalla, upeita auringonlaskuja tai vain nauttia viileästä ja rauhoittavasta
Persianlahden tuulet tai vain rentoutua lämmitetyllä uima-altaalla. Valkoinen hiekka odottaa ...

Tämä ominaisuus on aivan rannalla. Viiden tähden sijainti! Lähellä kaikkialla haluat olla majoitusta Indian Rocksin rannalla, 5. 6 kilometrin päässä Clearwaterin meriakvaariosta ja 3. 7 kilometrin päässä Sand Key Parkista. Ravintolat, baarit ja kahvilat ovat 3 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä huoneistoista.
Huoneistossa on Roku-taulutelevisio, kaapeli ja ilmainen WiFi. Tämän huoneiston vieraat pääsevät täysin varustetulle keittiölle ja grillipaikalle.
Lähin lentokenttä on Pietarin-Clearwaterin lentokenttä, 9. 9 kilometrin päässä Viiden tähden sijainnista, ja Tampa International on vain 25 kilometrin päässä.

Less than 50 steps to the ocean!

The pool deck is super close to the beach/ocean! Property is older but well maintained! Only downsides were the condo door requires a key, which is difficult to maneuver when carrying all your beach gear; the beds were soft and the check in process after hours was a huge hassle! I would go back, but be sure to arrive during office hours.

Room was fairly clean and staff were great, however room number 306 is lacking a little being maintained, entry doorway slide lock was broken and door jamb has been broken, balcony doors do not lock and latches need tightened and replaced. Had to scoot couch due to toddler dropping remote and it hasn’t been cleaned under for sometime. Could use new mattresses on bed and a new ceiling fan in living room, it constantly clicks when turned on. Overall great stay and had a great family vacation

Amazing property!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were within walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. We especially loved being right on the beach. My husband, myself, our 5 yr old daughter and 13 yr old son fit comfortably in the unit. Alex was a wonderful host, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Updated and clean

Our third stay at Fifty Gulfside and this unit is definitely the best we've stayed in. Updates are very well done. Loved the huge double vanity. We didn't use the kitchen as were with family and cooked in their unit but it seemed very well outfitted to do so. Communication with Alex was excellent. Will look for availability in this unit first for our next visit!!

Great Host

I never write reviews but thought I should based on the excellent service we received. The host really cares and wants his guests to be completely satisfied. He is very responsive and available if you have any issues (we did not). Also have an office in the building if you need anything. Great location and great price. Pool is a bonus.

Great Location

We really liked the location of the property. Everyone we encountered at the condo unit was very nice. The only negative was the beds in this condo. If you need a bed with support and comfort this is the one thing this condo lacked.

Perfect Stay

The weather was warm and dry, the beach had nice clean sand. The pool was clean and refreshing although with this summers heat it was a little too warm but enjoyable. The premise was clean and comfortable. All appliances were in perfect working condition. The porch faced a waterway where you could see boats traveling by. The room faces north where is not having the sun constantly blaring down.

Looking forward to another visit!!!!

First of all... property owner, Alex, checked on us to make sure everything was good or if we needed anything throughout our stay. He gave us his personal cell number so we could reach him at anytime. His condo was perfect! It was beautiful, spacious and clean! Everything you needed was available. This unit was on the 3rd floor and its right next to the elevator. Washer and dryer was right by the unit as well. Which we liked. We didnt hear any noise coming from the elevator or the laundry room. We thought the unit was in a perfect location. I am very picky person. I can definitely say that you would be happy! I recommend this unit!! This unit is on the beach! Beautiful clear water!! Hopefully it will be available when its time for us to visit Indian Rocks again!! Thank you Alex!!!! **Check in process has nothing to do with the owner of the unit. I gave 4 star because the lady (one sitting on the left) at the front office was not pleasant. Not a good way to greet visitors. ~The Clark's ~

Perfect, quiet spot on the beach. We had a Great stay!! I wish each room had their own individual washer/dryer but we were lucky this time because our room was next door to the laundry room!!!!!! The condo is in a great area.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part! We just thought we were getting an ocean view but it wasn’t. We also had trouble with both TVS turning on and staying on. The bedroom was also really warm even with the air on and ceiling fan on.

Great location right on the beach

We were very satisfied with this property. The condo is nicely updated and the kitchen is well stocked. You are just a quick elevator ride and a few steps and you are on the beach. The building is walking distance to several restaurants and other amenities. Communication with the owner Alex was perfect and the on property staff was very helpful. Can’t wait to visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach is so close...love walking to the beach in just a few steps. Grandchildren came to stay a few days and there was plenty for them to do. The heated pool was a plus in October. Room had everything we needed and washer and dryer were just next door. Elevator was no problem and check in and out were very quick. Alex responded quickly with any inquiries. We had a lovely week.

Awesome Host and Condo!

We stayed the week after the hurricane. Alex was awesome and so flexible and understanding. He was in contact with us regularly to make sure our stay was wonderful and that we had everything that we needed. The condo was very warming and had all the comforts of home. You can watch the dolphins across the road in the intercoastal from the patio. I would highly recommend stating here and Alex was a superb host! We can't wait to come back and stay again. 😊

Very Nice!!

Condo was exactly like the pictures! Updated and freshly painted! Right on the beach. Also had a large swimming pool overlooking the ocean! Walking distance to Crabby Bill's and JD's. Communication was very good with Alex, we would stay there again.

Comfortable Indian Rocks condo

Clean and comfortable one bedroom condo directly on the beautiful white sand beach of Indian Rocks Beach. Everything is as shown in the pictures. Owner and on-site management very friendly and easy to work with. Big beautiful pool with plenty of lounge chairs, easy access to the gorgeous white sand beach. Literally steps from the pool and never crowded! Thank you Alex for allowing my son and I to enjoy your beautiful, well appointed condo! We hope to return next year.
