Un service très attentionné

Week end très agréable avec une Directrice et une équipe qui sont très professionnelles et attentives à un séjour personnalisé. L’accueil et le service sont de très bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner permet de passer un bon moment avec de bons produits (20€/personne avec buffet et boissons servies à table). L’établissement est agréable et chaleureux dans un beau village. Quelques restaurants sympa à proximité. Nous voyagions avec notre chien qui a été bien accueilli et a eu des attentions (20€ par jour). Pour les véhicules électriques vous avez accès à des bornes de l’hôtel (charge 15€). Notre chambre La Marjolaine était spacieuse, propre et calme. Le bémol concerne la salle de bain pour qui une rénovation serait un plus. Nous n’avons pas profité du SPA qui doit être très agréable.

L’hôtel est très coquet et les chambres spacieuses, très bien équipées . La literie confortable . Quel dommage cependant que l’accueil plus que désagréable, voir franchement irrespectueux à notre arrivée et pendant notre séjour de la part de cette jeune femme de l’accueil …À la limite vraiment et qui nous laisse un souvenir médiocre de cet hôtel . Nous choisirons une autre adresse à l’avenir.

Agréable petit séjour d’une nuit! Literie très confortable, chambre climatisée spacieuse ! Les animaux de compagnie sont admis mais nous n’avions pas lu l’information qu’ils sont facturés 20€, de même que le parking. Nous avons cependant pu profiter de la piscine le jour de notre départ ce qui est appréciable ! Personnel très accueillant !

Petit séjour en couple dans un hôtel où l’on découvre son charme derrière une façade cachant un petit havre de quiétude . Nous avons reçus un accueil sympathique la chambre est confortable et bien équipée on vous sert le petit déjeuné à table chose qui devient rare le restaurant et son chef on une jolie et très goûteuse carte Le personnel jeune est très accueillant serviable et agréable Le stationnement est à proximité Je conseille cet hôtel charmant si vous souhaitez visiter les baux de Provence et sa région pleines d’images provençales

Excellent établissement nous avons passé qu'une seule nuit mais nous reviendrons pour savourer la quiétude du lieu, l'emplacement idéal pour découvrir Arles et la région et se poser dans ce jardin arboré. Joli hôtel situé au cœur du village de Fontvieille. Beaucoup de monde lors de notre séjour donc la petite piscine était bondée. Jolie chambre calme et bien équipée même si lors de notre arrivée une poignée de porte était cassée et le téléphone était HS, cela a été vite réparé néanmoins.
